  I got the Summit and it was incredible. Make sure you get it toasted.

  I came to Yampa Sandwich Co at around noon on a Friday and while most tables were full, it was not overly crowded. There was not a line and I was able to order right away. The staff was incredibly friendly.
  
  I ordered a build your own sandwich-- chicken breast, cheddar, veggies, and balsamic on whole wheat bread. The chicken had a phenomenal texture and I could have eaten an entire plate of just the chicken! Overall, the sandwich was good, but a bit soggy. For a $10 sandwich, I was expecting a little more.
  
  Service was quick. From start to finish, I had my sandwich in my hands within about 5-10 minutes.

  This place is starting to grow on me as the service is noticeably better than most sandwich shops, the sandwiches are unique and very tasty.
  
  I recommend Yampa Sandwich Company for locals and visitors alike.

  My husband and I are extremely forgiving of mistakes made in restaurants and are very go with the flow. However I can no longer be "go with the flow" and extremely forgiving when my husband ordered a Cuban sandwich to go and found a huge shard of glass in his sandwich as he began eating. He could have been seriously maimed if he had eaten the glass Yampa put into his food.
  And when I called to alert them of situation what did they do? Refunded his order and gave him a gift card with a half hearted "sorry." Thanks for the gift card - as if either of us will ever eat there again! They also told me that another guest also found glass in their food a few days prior. So they were aware there was a situation, and they did nothing to prevent it. I felt as though I had no choice but to immediately alert the health department, and they are launching an investigation today.
  
  tldr; if you value your health or your life - do not eat here!

  Stopped here for an impromtu lunch and I was not disappointed. I had the Turkey with avocado and honey mustard on wheat. My guest had the Turkey with bacon on a baguette. Both came with large servings of meat. But not so much meat so as to become sloppy. The meat was season nicely and moist. The honey mustard dressing was my greatest fear. I though it would either be thick like mayo or super artificially sweet. It was neither of those things and made the perfect contrast to the swiss. The tomatoes were thick sliced and from healthy tomatoes. Also the toast on the wheat bread left it soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside. So just an a 1 sandwich shop all for 10-12 dollars.
  I was tickled that they had my favorite type of ice: the little nugget sized ones. They also have complimentary water if you want it.
